1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping times are approximately 7 business days for National orders and 12 business days for international orders.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
