Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times: Standard shipping times are approximately 7 business days for National orders and 12 business days for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
